Bluee and B’yond: Due to the spiritual, customized, and sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict returns and refunds policy.
1. No Returns / No Refunds
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Tarot, or Spiritual products
- Energized, consecrated, customized, or intention-based items
- Digital products, reports, or downloadable content
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- The wrong product is delivered, or
- The product arrives physically damaged
Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- An uncut unboxing video and clear images are mandatory
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Approval is subject to verification by our team.
3. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Natural calamities
- Unforeseen logistical issues
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or dispatched
- Customized or energized products cannot be canceled under any circumstances
